Our hands-on gluten-free and dairy-free cooking classes are open to all skill levels. Each class lasts around 2 to 3 hours. Reserve your spot today by registering for the desired class via the link above.

These are not ordinary cooking classes. All our classes are led by an experienced registered dietitian nutritionist (over 20 years) who is also a plant-based chef. This makes a perfect one-two punch for tasty and healthy meals.
No wheat here. Nor barley, rye, spelt, malt, or anything with gluten protein. This is because sometimes the gut needs a gluten holiday and other times it needs a permanent vacation (like with Celiac or Hashimoto's). But no worries, there are so many delicious ways to eat without wheat, come discover some!
These classes are not vegan. We use eggs and meats, but not animal milk. This helps to include lots of folks -like those who don't do lactose or those with whey or casein allergies. We can try to accommodate other food sensitivities, just send me a message!

We have an 8 participant minimum for private classes. Private class topics include sourdough sandwich bread, Mediterranean meal, pies and desserts, and healthful speedy dinners.
