Hungry for more? These are not just ordinary cooking classes. All our classes are lead by an experienced registered dietitian nutritionist (over 20 years) who is also a plant-based chef. This makes a perfect one-two punch for tasty and healthy meals.
No wheat here. Nor barley, rye, spelt, malt, or anything with gluten protein. This is because sometimes the gut needs a gluten holiday and other times it needs a permanent vacation (like with celiac or Hashimoto's). But no worries, there are so many delicious ways to eat without wheat, come discover some!
These classes are not vegan. We use eggs and meats, just not animal milk. This helps to include lots of folks -like those who don't do lactose or those with whey or casein allergies.
