As a registered dietitian nutritionist for over 20 years, I've helped folks with all things nutrition, health, and food. That's a long time time! Wonderfully, I still long to experience healthful food and culture in its natural habitat, as it's supposed to be.
I hold Advanced Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. As a Certified LEAP Therapist, I identify and manage multiple health problems that stem from food sensitivities.
I'm also a certified plant-based chef and have enhanced my skills at various cookery courses and lessons in the USA, Ireland, Italy, France, Costa Rica, and Israel.
